Я ИП, совместное наследство + доля в квартире. Банкротство

Добрый вечер. Образовалась ситуация при которой вынужден подавать на банкротство (долг 1,5 млн в кредитках), у меня есть 1\3 доля в квартире с мамой и сестрой, квартира является моим единственным жильём, но не так давно умерла бабушка, и оставила меня с сестрой в наследстве на квартиру вместе с отцом и его братом (нас 4 в наследстве), квартира в которой проживает один из сыновей бабушки (та что по наследству осталась), единственная, и в наследство я ещё не вступал, могу это сделать вплоть до октября месяца, и на процедуру банкротства ещё не подавал, как поступить в данной ситуации чтобы сохранить наследство и есть ли риск в квартире где у меня 1\3 с мамой и сестрой? Подскажите так же стоит банкроится как ИП или как физ лицо в такой ситуации?
