Доброго дня. Відповідно до ст. 1282 ЦК України Спадкоємці зобов'язані задовольнити вимоги кредитора повністю, але в межах вартості майна, одержаного у спадщину. Кожен із спадкоємців зобов'язаний задовольнити вимоги кредитора особисто, у розмірі, який відповідає його частці у спадщині. Тобто, якщо дружина та діти або інші особи будуть спадкувати якесь майно або майнові права, то, відповідно у них виникне обов’язок сплати заборгованості за кредитами, але в межах вартості успадкованого майна чи майнових прав.
